New rabbi for Bnei Menashe community in Nof Hagalil
Great news for the Bnei Menashe community of Nof Hagalil: Rabbi Crispil has become the official community rabbi of the community, specifically for the immigrants from Manipur, as the rabbi for Shavei Israel.
In the presence of the mayor of the city of Nof Hagalil, the head of the Hesder yeshiva there, community representatives, former MK Moti Yogev and representatives of Shavei Israel, the new title was conferred upon the rabbi.
Rabbi Crispil has known the community since 2010, as his wife was an employee of ours for several years. He has been the rabbi of the religious state school for a long time and he is also connected to the community in general.
Rabbi Crispil was reluctant to take the post at first, but to everyone’s delight he accepted.
