Bnei Menashe leadership complete specialized training
This week was the closing of a special 8-week course for Bnei Menashe leadership in Nof Hagalil to help them counsel their community members and deal with societal challenges.
The course was provided for 18 men and women of the Bnei Menashe community as well as leaders at the Hesder yeshiva in Nof HaGalil.
At the conclusion of the course, the participants thanked the presenters and said that the course was extremely important for them. That everything they learned would be extremely helpful in counseling members of the community.
The program was replete with stories and group participation. It was experiential, opened doors for them and gave them tools on how to treat members of the community and to help them all cope with a variety of societal challenges.
At the end of the course, the participants took upon themselves the responsibility to help their communities in in any way they can.
