Laura Ben-David on the road for Shavei Israel
Shavei Israel’s director of marketing and new media Laura Ben-David wound up a whirlwind trip to the United States where she spoke about Shavei Israel’s activities at Jewish Community Centers, Jewish Federations and synagogues.
Her topic: “One Nation, Many Faces,” focuses on some of the communities that Shavei Israel helps such as the Bnei Menashe in India, the “Hidden” Jews of Poland, and Bnei Anousim in Spain, Portugal and South America, and includes a beautiful multimedia presentation that transports the audience to exotic lands.
Laura’s itinerary has taken her to St. Louis, Missouri; Akron, Canton & Youngstown, Ohio; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Detroit, Michigan and Wilmington, Delaware.
