The birth of Israel – Bnei Menashe style
During this year’s Bnei Menashe Israel Independence Day celebrations in India, the “Shalom Entertainment” group staged an elaborate dramatization of the birth of the state of Israel, from the first Zionist Congress through many of its wars. The pictures show an incredible amount of effort and creative costumes. The play showed all sides of the conflict, with many Bnei Menashe dressed up as Israel’s enemies to bring the stories to life.
