Michael Freund discusses Ethiopian aliyah on Israel Radio
Shavei Israel Chairman Michael Freund was interviewed this week on Kol Israel Radio’s English News program about immigration of the Falashmura community from Ethiopia. The Israeli government has given approval for 1,300 Falashmura to immigrate in June 2016. There are up to 9,000 Falashmura remaining in Ethiopia waiting for aliyah approval. You can listen here.
