Visit to two Manipur villlages: Thinghejang and Canaanphai
A new synagogue for the Bnei Menashe was dedicated at the end of February in the village of Thinghejang in Manipur. We have pictures from the event, taken by Shavei Israel’s emissary Yochanan Phaltual. While on the road, Yochanan also visited the community of Canaanphai which has its own serene mikveh.
