Shavei Israel communities celebrate Purim
This week Israel and the whole Jewish world are celebrating the holiday of Purim, and as every year we have a selection of pictures received from our emissaries in various Jewish communities across the globe. Though the communities are located in some of the most far flung corners of the world, they are united by common traditions of dressing up in costume, reading the megilla (Book of Esther), joyous parties, sharing mishloach manot (food packages), and a special spirit of the holiday!
