Gila and Ariel Arditi, a Bnei Anousim couple from Colombia with a “West Side Story”-style romance and a hidden Jewish past, have just gotten re-married, this time in a full Jewish ceremony. The wedding, along with their aliyah to Israel, was made possible with help from Shavei Israel. The ceremony took place in Jerusalem and was attended by staff from both Shavei Israel and the Machon Miriam Institute, where the Arditi’s have been studying for the past two years. Gila y Ariel Arditi, una pareja de Bnei Anusim de Colombia se acaban de casar por jupá luego de su conversión y retorno formal al judaísmo. El casamiento, así como todo el proceso en Israel, fue posible gracias a la ayuda de Shavei Israel. La ceremonia tuvo lugar en Jerusalem, y a la misma asistieron trabajadores de Shavei Israel y de Machon Miriam, donde los Arditi estudiaron durante los últimos años.
